Group class Spring Break 3/30, April Review

Spring Greetings !

NO GROUP CLASSES Tuesday, March 30,2021. We resume Tuesday, April 6, 2021.

Hard to believe that the snow has melted and we are officially in the season of Spring. Spring is a season of new beginnings and growth. As Suzuki students there are many ways to plant seeds (intentions) in our home practice so that we can harvest our musical garden ( beautiful playing). What kind of seeds are you planting this spring?

During this year long pandemic period Suzuki Strings has continued to offer private and group classes as well as solo recitals. Sonora has safely met and most recently recorded for Bach Around the Clock. The commitment to SSM by our families, faculty and Board of Directors has shown the resilience of our student body . We adapted. We continued to stay connected and thrived during this unprecedented time.

We are now ready to set sights on the future of SSM in our new group class space at the Madison Youth Arts Center and look towards program development and expansion as we enter a new decade. Our focus continues to be on providing encouraging quality teaching and a space for musical growth for our students which supports Shinichi Suzuki’s belief that, “when love is deep, much can be accomplished.”
