Exciting Music and Mindfulness offering for middle and high school students from Beth Kiser, Madison Cello Ensemble

“Soundbath- Music and Mindfulness for Teens”
5-8 pm Malayoga, 5734 Monona Drive October 21st
An evening of relaxing and restorative practices for teens. Kid focused  strategies of mindfulness, breathwork, music guided imagery for deep relaxation and a chakra balancing sound bath as well as time for a pizza dinner and a reflective art project are all a part of the experience.
