Group Classes begin this week! -

We’re so looking forward to seeing everyone for the start of group classes this week! Mixed-level and Viola classes begin Monday at Covenant, and Group Classes at MYArts begin Tuesday. Lots of details below!

Mixed-level and Viola Class start Monday!

Mixed-Level class will run from 6:15-7:15, Viola will run from 7:15-8:15. Classes are held at Covenant Presbyterian Church (326 S Segoe Road, Madison WI 53705).

Class Dates:

Sept. 9 & 23

Oct. 7 & 21

Nov. 4 & 25

Dec. 2 & 9

Dec. 14 or 15 holiday concert

Any missed classes will not be made up.

Group Classes start Tuesday!

We look forward to seeing you at MYArts for group classes on Tuesday, September 10th! Please click on the image below for class times. We will have in-person registration available on the 2nd floor if you still need to register/make a payment for fall. If you’d prefer to register before Tuesday, Click HERE –please note the different registration forms for Violin, Viola, and our new multi-level group class at Covenant.

Payment for SSM is billed in two semesters–fall and spring. Once you have filled out the registration form, visit the store HERE to make a payment for fall. Tuition is due September 10th. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to administrator@suzukistringsofmadison.org.

Private Lesson Tuition Rates

Tuition is due to your private teacher on the first lesson of each semester or on the first lesson of each month.

- 30-minute lesson: $34
- 45-minute lesson: $52
- 60-minute lesson: $68

Great Wolf–Save the Date

Books 4/5 and Sonora will be performing at Great Wolf on Saturday, December 7th from 4-4:45. Mark your calendars and stay tuned for more information!

Mark Your Calendars–Welcome Back Play-in and Social

Welcome Back Play-in and Social–Tuesday, September 24th. A reminder that regular classes (except Sonora) don’t meet on play-in days. ALL SSM students meet in MYArts room 4D to play together–5:15 Tune, 5:30 Play. Immediately after the play-in on the 24th we’ll meet for pizza and drinks in the MYArts 4th floor lobby. Pizza ordering will be available at our first rehearsal on September 10th!

Support Sonora Strings!

Sonora is heading to San Diego January 1-6 to play with SDSU pre-college strings! They will be working hard to raise money to support their outreach and travel. Please feel free to donate to support them HERE.
