Happy Fall!  A big thank you to our  SSM families for joining us for our back to school play-in and party, and to Sonora for their smiling service.  Another thank you to SSM students who performed at the International Day of Peace at the Madison Children’s Museum.  They made the beautiful Mandala pictured below!

Save the Date: Halloween Concert–Saturday, October 26

Throw on your favorite costume and join us at our annual Halloween concert at the Madison Capitol on Saturday, October 26th.  10:30 Tune, 11am Play.  All levels welcome!

 

Sonora Babysitting Nights

Sonora will be offering Babysitting Nights every Friday in October (4, 11, 18. 25)!  Treat yourself to a NIGHT OUT and we will take care of babysitting your child/ren!  Babysitting runs from 5:30-8:30 PM and is held at Covenant Presbyterian Church.  The evening includes pizza, games and a movie.  Know your students will be well entertained and fed by Sonora Strings. Overture Center Community Ticket Program

Suzuki Strings takes part in Overture Center’s Community Ticket program.  The Community Ticket Program helps ensure that all people, regardless of economic ability, have access to the performing arts. Through partnerships with more than 100 local social services organizations, the program reaches families throughout Dane County that are able to receive tickets for $3, and Broadway shows are $4.25.  Occasionally we will be offered tickets for certain shows, and I’ll post them here.  The promo code for the concerts is SUZUKI.
