Dear SSM Families,

The SSM Barn Dance is nearly here – Saturday February 15, 2025 4pm. Please arrive with your student between 3:30-3:45 at 149 Waubesa Street Madison the IRONWORKS Building of the Goodman Community Center.

Please allow time for parking, potluck drop off and tuning.

Look for the poster below as it will be posted on the doors for entry at the Gymnasium for concert and dance and the Bolz Rooms A/B for our potluck.

Dress for performers is jeans or dark pants and white shirts. Pop on your favorite bandanna 🤠SSM has 34 red bandannas to share borrow.

Potluck ! 6- 8 pm following dance. Location is in the BOLZ A/B adjacent building with a kitchenette to keep things warm or cold.

🍽️~ SSM provides dishes and cutlery , feel free to bring your non-disposable too.

🍱~SSM families bring a MAIN (serve 6-8) and a side of your choice. Please label.

Sides can be:

🧃Beverages

3:30-4:00 Drop off and tuning

4:00-4:30 SSM Fiddle concert

4:30-6:00 Dance with caller and band

6:00-8:00 Potluck
