CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS – SSM needs YOU!
Raffle ticket sellers are still needed to help make this event a success! Please consider volunteering. Cute kids with fiddles are a great sales tactic! Last year SSM raised close to $3000 from the 50/50 raffle.
This is a job where you really hustle and are assertive! Don’t forget to bring your smile.
- Everyone will be assigned a section to work, immediately following the anthem until the 5th inning.
- We need 4 adults with 1-2 kids per adult. Text Diana (608.695.4020) to sign up!
Volunteers will be provided with:
- tickets
- buckets
- apron with change
- NEW! There will be two credit card scanners for those entering the suites.

- Dress: Everyone wears our colorful SSM t-shirts . Your choice of bottoms.
- T-shirts will be for sale today, Tuesday June 2 and out of Diana’s car trunk at Shabazz lot. $15 exact change or credit card.

PLEASE DON’T BE LATE – We are on a strict timeline set by the Madison Mallards. Allow a cushion of time in case of traffic or unanticipated delays.
5:30-ish
Drive to the DUCK POND at Warner Park, park and enter main gate, using the EXPEDITED PERFORMER LINE (not long public line).
YOU MUST Have ALL your tickets ready with you.
6:00
All performers unpacked (under bleachers) and tuned at the baseball players gate.
6:30
Performers lined up on field and ready to go play on the pitchers’ mound.
