This season we…
⭐Held 32 group classes at MYArts and 15 Monday mixed level and viola classes at CPC
⭐Ate 25 large Ian’s pizzas at our back to school and family appreciation events
⭐Danced together at our all school Barn Dance tradition
⭐35 students performed the national anthem at the Mallards game this June
⭐Sonora successes: San Diego , Chazen Live , Madison Symphony and Time for Three
⭐Bach Around the Clock participation
⭐Five SSM solo recitals filled with wonderful performances
⭐Put on our Halloween costumes and performed at the State Captitol
⭐Opening performance for the Madison Children’s Museum International Day of Peace
⭐Beat the heat for Make Music Madison
⭐Sonora serenaded the art lovers at a Madison gallery walk and a sculpture dedication
⭐Represented in the Concerts on the Square Kidzone tent
⭐Performed in the Overture Lobby for two Nutcracker and three MSO pre-shows
⭐Got to go to wonderful Overture shows courtesy of the voucher program
⭐Ate a lot of Einstein bagels at group classes- thanks Einstein’s
⭐Celebrated 4 graduating seniors and fun at Vitense for our 100 day club participants
And played countless, countless Twinkle Twinkle Little Stars.️

Suzuki Strings of Madison is more than just weekly group classes. We are a team of devoted teachers providing weekly private lessons.
We are nearly a hundred families committed to enriching their children’s lives with the gift of music. We are outreach concerts in nursing homes, public spaces, and collaborative events with other Madison arts programs and community events.
We are excited for our 35th anniversary year. Highlights to include:
⭐A workshop /master class/concert/reception with world renowned violinist Rachel Barton Pine – February 17th
⭐Participation in the MSO 100 year festivities with an all school concert performance -June 14th
⭐Sonora returns to perform Live at the Chazen in March
